QI Champions Programme
We believe QI should be everyone’s business. To successfully create a QI environment, your teams will need to utilise QI tools and methodology and work together to create continuous cycles of improvement.
Our QI Champions programme uses a blend of coaching, workshops and real-time projects to upskill delegates in using QI competently to identify improvements that are required and to understand, replicate and build upon great practice.
Introduction to QI Workshops
This interactive workshop is delivered in a supportive learning environment that encourages collaboration and knowledge-sharing. Aimed at individuals looking to gain the knowledge and skills required to drive measurable and sustainable change. The session covers key concepts of QI, including frameworks such as the Plan-Do-Study-Act (PDSA) cycle and Root Cause Analysis (RCA), gathering and analysing relevant data, identifying areas for improvement, and developing and implementing action plans. Delegates also get the opportunity to learn about and test some QI tools such as process maps and cause and effect diagrams.
